Sanho's 750GB HyperDrive

Unsatisfied with limited 32GB or less of storage capacity from Apple iPad? Unable to carry an entire HD movie? Here is a solution.

Remember Sanho? The company that brought the HyperMac battery packs for Apple users? Now they come out with this HyperDrive product, an external hard drive which can plug directly to iPad, absolutely freeing iPad from computer or iTunes to transfer media.

The strong selling point for Sanho's HyperDrive is undoubtedly its superb memory storage, holding more data than a laptop. Sanho says the HyperDrive has "patent pending ability to turn individual file folders into virtual 32GB drives on the fly that are readable by the iPad."

Daniel Chin, President of Sanho Corporation says "HyperDrive iPad Hard Drive lets you carry your entire HD movie and photo library with your iPad,"

Sanho's HyperDrive also hold the basic features with two additional card slot -CompactFlash and Secure Digital for transferring files from camera's and memory card. There is also a 3.2-inch QVGA color display.

All of these features are great. How about pricing? It cost $600 for a 750GB. Except groups like professional photographers, this might be overkilled for most of us. So, Sanho's HyperDrive also come in smaller capacities 640GB ($550), 500GB ($500), 320GB ($450), 250GB ($400), 160GB ($350), and 120GB ($300). For those with lower budget but still planning to enjoy the memory freedom, those lower ranges options might be the way to go.
